Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. Items must be in their original state, with packaging intact, without being installed or used and all the relevant seals and enclosures intact. Proof of purchase by way of original receipt will be required.
The following goods are not eligible for return or exchange:
(a) Goods which have been specially ordered at your request;
(b) Electrical goods where seals have been broken;
(c) Glass products;
(d) Hygiene products;
(e) Goods that have already been used or fitted;
(f) Goods with damaged original packaging and/or which are not in a resalable condition;
(g) Goods which were purchased as part of a promotion or marketing campaign;
(h) Any other Goods identified to you by us or our Agent.
We do not issue new items in exchange of faulty ones before we first establish reason for the fault and if it can be fixed or parts replaced. We undertake to resolve any issues in the fastest possible time.
